Welcome to Technical Adda. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of https://technicaladda.in (the “Site”). The Site is owned and run by Sanjeev Singh, an individual based in India (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the site

• The Site is free to read. You do not need an account.
• You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial information.
• You must be at least 18, or use the Site with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, to post comments, use the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter.
• We may change, pause or remove any part of the Site at any time, without notice.

Intellectual property and copyright

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site, including articles, guides, comparison tables, screenshots we created, graphics, logos and the “Technical Adda” name, is owned by Sanjeev Singh and protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and other Indian and international laws.

You may:

• Read, print or save pages for your own personal use.
• Share links to our articles anywhere.
• Quote a short extract (up to about 50 words) with a clear credit and a link back to the original article.

You may not:

• Copy, republish, translate or sell our articles, in whole or in large parts, on another website, app, YouTube video, PDF or social media page without written permission.
• Scrape the Site or use our content to train AI models or build datasets without written permission.
• Remove copyright notices or pretend our work is yours.

Product names, logos and trademarks (for example ChatGPT, Google, Amazon, Meesho, UPI, NPCI) belong to their owners. We use them only to identify and discuss the products. This does not mean the owners endorse us.

Copyright complaints: If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the page URL, proof of ownership and your contact details. We will review it and remove the content if the claim is valid.

User comments

You are welcome to comment. By posting a comment you agree that:

• The comment is your own and does not break any law or anyone’s rights.
• You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display, edit for length or clarity, and keep your comment on the Site.
• We may approve, edit, hide or delete any comment, for any reason, without notice.
• You are responsible for what you post. Comments show the views of their authors, not ours.

Do not post:

• Personal or financial details (yours or anyone else’s), such as phone numbers, UPI IDs, bank details, OTPs, Aadhaar or PAN numbers.
• Spam, promotional links or affiliate links.
• Abusive, hateful, obscene, defamatory or threatening content.
• Content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
• Anything unlawful under Indian law, including content prohibited under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

To report a comment, email us with the link. Our Grievance Officer details are in the Privacy Policy.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Hack, attack, overload or try to break into the Site, its server or any account.
• Upload viruses, malware or harmful code.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to copy content or submit forms.
• Use the Site to commit fraud, phishing or scams, or to impersonate anyone, including Technical Adda.
• Click ads or affiliate links in a fraudulent way, or encourage others to do so.
• Use the Site in any way that breaks Indian law or the law where you live.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Links to third-party websites

Articles often link to other websites, apps and tools (for example AI tools, government portals, bank websites and online shops). We add these links to help you, but:

• We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, prices, security, privacy practices or availability.
• A link does not mean we endorse that website or company.
• Always check you are on the official website before entering login, payment or personal details.

Affiliate links and advertising

• The Site shows ads through Google AdSense and may show ads from other networks.
• Some links are affiliate links, including links to Amazon.in (Amazon Associates programme), Meesho and other partners. If you buy through them, we may earn a small commission. The price you pay stays the same.
• Purchases are a contract between you and the retailer. We are not a seller. Orders, payments, delivery, returns, refunds and warranties are handled only by the retailer and are covered by its own terms.

No warranty

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep articles accurate and current, but we do not promise that:

• the content is complete, accurate, current or right for your situation;
• prices, offers, features or availability mentioned are still correct;
• the Site will always be available, error-free or free of viruses.

Content is for general information only. It is not professional, financial, legal, technical or security advice. Please read our Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law:

• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. This includes loss of money, data, device damage, account lockouts, failed transactions, or losses from following steps in a guide.
• We are not liable for anything that happens on third-party websites, apps or shops you reach from the Site, including purchases made through affiliate links.
• If we are found liable for anything despite these Terms, our total liability is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees).

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Indemnity

If you break these Terms or the law while using the Site (for example by posting unlawful comments), you agree to cover any losses, claims or legal costs we face as a result.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms will be handled only by the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Before going to court, please email us. Most problems can be fixed with a simple conversation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.

Other legal points

• If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce a right immediately, we have not given it up.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer and Affiliate Disclosure, are the full agreement between you and us about the Site.
